What Our Friends Are Saying

Page 1, 2
The following are a collection of inspiring testimonies
that we have received from friends and that we would like to
share with you.
- 9 Year old orphan child that had AIDS has been completely healed from the disease.
- 5 people who had AIDS in Africa have been healed in the church of Malawi under Pastors Chrissie and Bonaventure
Dear Reverend Brygitte,
What a friend we have in Jesus who keeps His people all the time.
We are very fine me and the family, the children are all doing
well at the orphanage. We only
lost one child at the orphanage last week this child was having
a lot of problems with the health he really suffered. We accepted
that he needed to be with the father in heaven. The other testimony
is of the girl you know very well while you were here you saw
the girl, she is leaving with the grandmother, she was found
positive when the parents died. For two years we have been helping
the child. But during our two weeks prayer and fasting we all
were praying for her, the Lord touched her complete healed as
I write you today the doctors have verified the report. God is
the Healer. Reverend we will be waiting your coming next
year. I have informed the people in Malawi and Mozambique, people
will be waiting for the ministry to be done. Reverend you are
a blessing to the Church in
Africa you have been so helpful in this ministry. The Pastor
Ralph is finely coming in October with other 5 members of his
Church. It is all about you we value our partnership my the good
Lord Bless Rebirth Ministry and staff and mostly my beloved brother
Charlie. What is the situation in Florida as at now after the
disaster we are praying with the American people, it is our prayer
that only God can help the affected people. He is the only one
who can give us strength when we are weak God Bless America and
bless you all.

God's Plan
By: Nadine A. Allen
Many people touch our lives
Each in a unique way,
Because God sends them to us
To help us not to stray.
God saw how I was running
How tired I’d become,
”Please stop and rest with friends I send
They’ll tell you of my Son.”
I knew no one to talk to
Who’d listen and would care,
To share their valuable time with me
Who’d be real and sincere
To a conference God did lead me
Many Christians praised His name,
I met Brygitte Lusinski there
And knew just why I came.
I knew we lived quite far apart
To trust her would be my test,
But in Vineland daily she did pray
Knowing God would do the rest.
She answered my questions
She helped me bear my pain.
Then when I fell and stumbled
She picked me up again.
I called and she was there for me
She did not judge, she prayed,
You’ll never know how much that meant
God’s awesome, like you say.
A bother I was not, she’d say
Though I sometimes doubted you,
Friends like you are sent from God
I know they’re very few
To change my ways, to learn to pray
To rely on God’s own Son,
Is the best way I can thank you
For your prayers and what you’ve done.
'Peru' 2004
By: Melody Ivy Garófalo
About three years ago, acknowledging God’s call in the mission field, I
started to dedicate my annual vacation time to the Lord through mission trips.
So far I have traveled to Colorado USA, Venezuela and this year, Perú.
This year’s mission was an overwhelming one for God has matured me and
confirmed each of His promises.
Mission trips are underrated. They have a stereotype that God will place
you in a country were you might be forced to do out of the ordinary things
that you will not be prepared for. But if God has placed you in a country,
He has already made you who you are to be in situations. God is pleased
when we obey Him because He wants to pour His blessings on us; He wants
us to live a life in victory, surpassing the world’s victories. Mission trips are a great opportunity
to grow more in the Lord. It places us in a situation where we are telling God: “Lord
use me, I am yours, mature me, give me faith, give me space to grow and see your
vision” Ah! It is awesome to surrender ourselves to God… but do
not duck…blessings are going to pour down.
Conditioning my body and spirit to Perú was a yearlong process; and
it was only able to accomplish this trough Jesus. I managed to do things that
I never thought I would do! To say a few, I initiated an exercise program and
successfully lost weight. Also, in order to collect funds I sold crafts and
had a bake sale. Seeing the fruit of that has made my character a much stronger
and wiser.
Perú touched different chord in my life. It has made the world a much
smaller one to talk about the word of God and fulfill His calling. It has confirmed
that I can do all things…because I am a child of God and willing to
obey Him.

Brent
"What's that?, Brent asked me as I tucked the wrinkled
old business card back into my Bible. "Remember the
lady we met on our trip to Connecticut.." "Yes," he
nods his graying head. "That was so weird, and so long ago.
Have you ever written to her?"
It was May 1988. My husband and I were traveling with our four small
children. In our small Florida town construction work slowed down
each spring when the northern people would head home. Brent had a
job in Connecticut for the summer. The kids and I were along for
the adventure. We stopped as we crossed the New Jersey line for a
bathroom break and to stretch our legs. I Noticed a tall blonde leaning
against the wall by the ladies restroom. She had a grace about her
that spoke of strong heritage, and she smiled as she watched my son.
The far away look in her eyes spoke volumes as she told me of her
own son back in Poland. Even her thick accent could not hide the
pain of family separation. Her smile wobbled with the mixture of
that pain and the joy of seeing a hyperactive blonde haired boy so
much like her own. My heart ached for her and I sent up a silent
prayer for her and her family.
She turned to me and said "I saw you in a dream. Jesus told me to give you
money for your car. You are having car trouble." "No," I assured
her, our car was fine, she must have me confused with someone else.
She looked at me squarely then, and insisted I take the money "for the car." When
I continued to refuse she said "ok, but surely I can buy chocolates for
the children. They are so much like my own little ones back home."
How could I say no? My husband nodded his ok, and I accepted the
small roll of bills she held out to me. After exchanging our "God bless you's
we headed towards our separate destinations.
They money she had given me turned out to be $60.00, to much for
chocolates. But when my husband tried to find her she had disappeared
in the crowd. We had no choice but to continue on.
A few miles down the road, our car, which had been running perfectly,
began to sputter. The lights dimmed and went out. My husband, who
is an amateur mechanic, did what he could. But it was evident our
travels had ended for this day.
We found an inexpensive motel to rest for the night. As we tucked
the kids into bed, they talked excitedly about how wonderful it is
to be part of a real miracle. "Jesus
is watching over us just like the disciples of the children of Israel.
He knew our car was going to mess up and He sent that nice lady to
help us."
After they had fallen asleep, Brent said "Kim this would be a real miracle
if we were broke, but I have $180.00 in my pocket.
Breakfast the next morning cost $12.00, the new alternator cost $50.00
and we spend $18.00 on gas. As we traveled on towards Connecticut
Brent said "this
sure is a weird situation, but I wouldn't call it a miracle, I still have
$100.00 in my pocket."
Monday morning Brent was not allowed to work without steel toed boots,
which cost him (you probably guessed) $100.00.
Yes, it was a real miracle. Yes, Jesus still watches over His children.
Yes, He still cares for our needs, and I will always praise Him.
But my mind goes to my beautiful Polish friend, I don't even
know her name. Would I be as sensitive to Jesus voice? Would I give
$60.00 to a stranger even if she assured me she was fine. She didn't
need a miracle?
My children are almost grown now. When they speak of events in their
lives that have helped to shape their faith in God, they tell of
a sweet Christian lady, at a rest area in New Jersey and her testimony, "I
dreamed of you, Jesus told me to help you..." Her gift is worth
so much more than $60.00.
When our precious Jesus comes and all His children stand on the sea
of glass, I want to stand and sing with her:
Great and marvelous are Thy works
Oh Lord God Almighty
Just and true and Thy ways
Oh King of the saints
Rev. 15:2-3
