Poland / Ukrarine 2006

We recently returned from an awesome mission’s trip to Poland and the Ukraine . Everywhere we went people were hungry to receive the Word of God and to rededicate their lives to Jesus. We preached every single night during the trip. In Poland there are not hundreds of people coming to meetings, like in Africa or India , but people that do come, are truly seeking God and want to change their lives. In Warsaw , we had a women’s meeting with about 160 ladies in attendance. I was surprised when three ladies approached me and told me that they had attended my teaching a month prior in Calgary Canada . They had seen advertisements on the street that a missionary from America was coming to preach and so they came. They said they did not know what to expect. But when they came they said they were truly touched by God. One woman had shared with me that the first time she heard me minister the Word she did not accept Jesus Christ as savior, but the Holy Spirit dealt with her continually and she knew she must go again to hear the Word of God. When she heard that Brygitte was preaching again in May in Warsaw , she was thrilled because she just so happened (divine intervention) to have vacation scheduled for exactly the same time. At the point of the service when the call to salvation was delivered, she came (she was the first one to stand and accept Jesus that night), after her many others followed. Just look at the things God is doing through ReBirth. He is sending our missionaries to different countries like Canada to plant seed and then He uses our missionaries again in different countries like Poland for the very same seeds to blossom and grow into the beautiful lives He intended them to be for His glory.

In Janowice ( Poland ) we had ministered in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. We battled strong spiritual warfare in this meeting. But, praise God, in the end when Rev. Mary Cooper and Sister Cynthia Jones delivered the final teachings most of the hearers not only accepted Jesus Christ, but they truly repented from their past life. We have seen such tremendous changes taking place that it is even evident in their faces. Their countenances were lifted and gloriously changed.

In Polkowice ( Poland ) God allowed us to preach in the public schools. In only five hours we ministered to 17 classes, grades 7 – 9. This happened two days before Pope Benedict visited Poland . God opened the public schools for us to preach Jesus Christ at such an important time for Poland . Only two days later this school was dedicated and received the name of Pope John Paul III. Many of those young people were touched and moved by God even though some teachers visibly showed their disapproval and even expressions anger because we preached the true Gospel. However, God fulfilled His purposes and His plan because many of those young people accepted Jesus in their hearts. Praise be to God.
